What is the ruling on the continuation of the marriage and the necessity of expiation, given that the husband has uttered divorce three times, one of which was conditional?

Husbands should fear Allah when initiating divorce, and a man should not rush into it due to the great harms that result from it. As for divorce pronounced in a state of anger, it is valid unless the angry person reaches a state where he does not comprehend what he is saying. Since the questioner did not reach that state, his divorce is valid and counted against him, and his revocation through action without words, accompanied by intention, is correct. However, the exception after the third divorce is not effective, and the majority of scholars stipulate that the exception must be continuous in common usage to be valid. Therefore, his wife has become irrevocably separated from him by a major divorce, and she is not lawful for him unless she marries another husband willingly.
