It is permissible to use the internet for personal matters under certain conditions: browsing beneficial, শরীয়াহ-compliant websites, far from temptations and forbidden things; at times when the internet is not in use by the mosque or association; using personal devices, not those of the mosque; and without incurring additional costs for the mosque. If the usage results in additional fees, these must be paid.
