Is the internet above the mosque forbidden?

Using the internet is permissible for good purposes, such as calling to Allah or for permissible needs like communication and exchanging news. However, using it for forbidden things, such as viewing prohibited images or earning unlawful money, is forbidden and is considered a greater sin if the person lives above a mosque.
