Is it permissible to place the name of Allah (Jalalah) on designs for formatting topics in blogs and forums, or on images of animate beings?

It is permissible to design websites if their benefit is permissible, and it is not permissible to design them if they aid in something forbidden. It is permissible to include the name of Allah in forums if it leads to a legitimate religious benefit, such as remembrance, and not merely for decoration. The writing must be clear and legible. The name of Allah must be protected from photographic and drawn images. If absolutely necessary, these should be images of inanimate objects. It is forbidden to disrespect the name of Allah in any design.
