What is the ruling on using Islamic ringtones (Qur'an, anasheed) or regular phone ringtones when making a call?

"Phone ringtones that include the Qur’an, the Adhan (call to prayer), supplications (Du'as), or the remembrance of Allah should not be used. This is because it is inconsistent with the veneration of Allah's rituals and places the phone owner in a state of religious difficulty."
