What is the ruling on drawing comics (manga or human cartoons) that contain full-featured faces and full-limbed bodies, and are intended for da‘wah and spreading religion, knowing that they do not imitate Allah’s exquisite creation in their details? And do Fatwa No. 3127 and Fatwa No. 117135 contradict each other regarding this matter?
