Is the financial remuneration paid to members of the board of directors for attending meetings, whether held or not, taking into consideration the additional tasks assigned to the member outside of their specialization and working hours without compensation, considered permissible or forbidden?

The attendance allowance is permissible in two cases: actually attending the board meeting, or if the chairman is authorized to disburse the allowance to both those who attended and those who did not. Anything other than that is not permissible to take, because "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [your] contracts."
