Scholars have differed regarding the obligation for a woman to cover her hands, and the preponderant opinion according to us is that it is obligatory. If you have reached puberty, you must cover them from non- men. If you have not reached puberty, it is not obligatory for you to do so, but one should not neglect modesty; it is a great virtue. You can compensate for uncovering the hands by writing while wearing gloves.
