Is it permissible to combine prayers (Asr, Maghrib, and Isha) due to studying and the long distance, especially with the presence of discharges and gases that necessitate ablution for each prayer, and the difficulty of performing ablution at the institution?
It is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time, as that is one of the major sins. Restrooms are not an excuse for abandoning prayer, and ten minutes are sufficient for ablution and prayer. Since the questioner has a continuous excusable condition (perpetual ritual impurity), she may adopt the view of the Malikis that perpetual ritual impurity does not nullify ablution, or the view of the Hanbalis regarding the permissibility of combining two prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and and Isha), either by advancing or delaying them, in order to avoid falling into the grave sin of performing the Asr prayer outside its time, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever leaves the Asr prayer, his deeds are rendered null."
