There is no harm in working at an Islamic bank if its transactions, or most of them, conform to Islamic law. However, if some of its transactions are not Sharia-compliant, there is no impediment to working there, as long as it does not involve assisting in prohibited transactions. This ruling applies to the Islamic branches of interest-based banks.
