What is the ruling on working at Al-Rajhi Islamic Bank?

It is permissible to work in Islamic banks that adhere to Sharia-compliant transactions and are subject to the decisions of their Sharia board, such as Al-Rajhi Bank and Bank Albilad. This includes working in departments like information technology. It is also permissible to work in banks that are in the process of transforming into Islamic banks, provided they abide by the decisions of their Sharia board. However, working in interest-based (usurious) banks is not permissible, even if the work is in a permissible field.
