What should a woman do if her neighbor convinced her to perform sihr (black magic/sorcery) from Sudan on her husband to bind him to her, and she is now displeased with this act, in order to avoid the harm of this sihr?

The woman who engaged in witchcraft committed a great sin, for sorcery is one of the seven destructive sins. The proof for this is the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Avoid the seven destructive sins: associating partners with Allah, sorcery, and killing a soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right." And whoever comes to a sorcerer or soothsayer and believes him has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad. The way to protect oneself from sorcery or to cure it is by reciting the Holy Quran, consistently performing morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), supplicating to Allah for protection and healing, adhering to Allah's commands, and avoiding sins.
