What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the marriage of a woman to a man who works in a place that distributes intoxicants, and should she seek divorce from him, or is there another solution, taking into account the possibilities of him praying or not praying, and drinking intoxicants or not drinking?

The woman's guardian must choose a righteous husband for her, one who can be trusted with her. The husband's work in serving alcoholic beverages is forbidden (haram), and his earnings from it are also forbidden. If the husband does not pray, he is a disbeliever (kafir), and it is not permissible for his wife to remain with him. The wife should advise her husband to abandon this forbidden work and to adhere to obedience [to God] and prayer. If he responds, then all is well; otherwise, she must seek divorce or khul'.
