What is the correct action to take if the Qur’an is burned by a disbeliever, taking into consideration that a group of Muslim youths destroyed camp property and attacked security personnel due to their inability to reach the perpetrator in a European country?

Jealousy for the religion and anger for Allah Almighty are signs of faith, and glorifying the rituals of Allah is an evidence of the piety of hearts.

Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong takes into account one's ability, inability, and the balance of benefits and harms. Thus, one should not forbid something if doing so would lead to a greater evil or a larger harm.

Burning down a shelter that houses refugees is not forbidding evil; rather, it is an evil in itself.

In dealing with such a situation, Muslims should direct their complaints to the authorities, demand the punishment of the perpetrator of this evil, raise banners, and engage in peaceful demonstrations.

More important than that is to deal with the people of these lands as a subject for dawah (inviting to Islam) and introducing them to Islam.
