What is the specific supplication that can be used to seek marriage to a righteous man?

A person can supplicate to Allah for whatever they wish, concerning the good of this world and the Hereafter, whether the supplication is transmitted (ma'thur) or not. Evidence for this is found in the hadith: "Then let him choose whatever supplication he wishes," and "Let one of you ask his Lord for all his needs, even for the shoelace of his sandal."

Among the transmitted supplications are: "O Allah, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire." "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow." "O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, grant me well-being, and provide for me."

One should maintain the prescribed Islamic veil (hijab), modesty, and avoid free mixing. One should also strive to seek marriage with upright young men. Poverty does not prevent this, for Allah Almighty says: "If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty." It is also important to strive to lighten the dowry, as it is a sign of a woman's blessedness.
