Do practices related to "foot fetish," "mistress," or "slave" that involve placing the head under the foot and resemble prostration, touch upon Shirk (polytheism)?

These actions are among the vices of the West and a deviant behavior that goes against human nature. However, by themselves, they do not reach the level of Shirk (polytheism) that expels one from the fold of Islam. Merely humbling oneself to a person and exalting them is not major Shirk. Furthermore, a person prostrating to someone other than Allah, when not intended as an act of worship, is not considered disbelief by many scholars.
