"Rupturing the hymen does not necessarily entail profuse bleeding, and the disappearance of the hymen is not proof of a woman's lack of chastity, as it can be lost due to other reasons such as a jump or a severe menstrual period. What the wife did by resorting to stratagem to rid herself of her husband's accusation and dispel suspicion from herself is permissible, and she is not obligated to inform her husband about it, because it is a permissible lie for the sake of benefit."
