Is it permissible to publish a video of a Quranic exegesis and scientific miracles without the permission of its owner, who previously refused and deleted it, knowing that the intention is to please Allah Almighty, and what is the meaning of "whoever conceals knowledge will be bridled with a bridle of fire"?

Publishing the interpretation of the Noble Quran through another channel is not permissible without the permission of the owner of the first channel, if they possess the intellectual property rights, for authorship rights are legally protected. As for concealing knowledge, a severe warning has been issued regarding it, and it refers to religious knowledge that people need and whose elucidation is incumbent upon the teacher, such as someone who inquires about matters of their religion. This does not include voluntary knowledge that people do not necessarily need, or if the questioner cannot bear the answer, or if the answer would cause harm to the teacher. Thus, if a scholar intends to conceal knowledge, they have sinned, and if asked, it is obligatory upon them to convey it.
