Is it permissible to obtain a free membership conditioned on making a purchase, and a gift valued at 200 pounds for 9 pounds conditioned on making another purchase? Is it permissible to sell products from this company, or to buy from it with the membership discount?

It is forbidden to condition the purchase of a product for membership and its benefits, as it is a form of gambling, whereby the member buys what he does not want in exchange for the possibility of gain or loss. The points earned under this condition have no value, and it is not permissible to buy the product for their sake. These transactions are forbidden by Sharia due to the presence of gharar (excessive uncertainty) and gambling, and they contradict the prohibition of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) against gharar. The product is considered merely a facade to obtain commissions. Therefore, this transaction is not permissible, and whoever has gained anything from it must dispose of it through charity.
