I have a manager at work who is a drug addict (hashish user); should I report him to the anti-drug authorities?

Intoxicants and narcotics, including hashish, are forbidden (haram) due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Every intoxicant is forbidden." An intoxicant is that which covers the intellect and causes it to lose discernment. Therefore, the user must be advised. If he does not desist, or if advising him is not possible due to fear of harm from him, then the officials responsible for combating narcotics must be informed.
