Why weren't the names of the Mothers of the Believers and other virtuous women, such as Khadijah, Fatimah, Asiyah, Eve, and Bilqis, explicitly mentioned in the Noble Qur'an, while the name of Mary, peace be upon her, was mentioned?

No woman is mentioned by name in the Quran except Maryam (peace be upon her), for a wisdom that scholars have cited. Among these reasons is the protection afforded by kings and nobles to their freeborn wives, whose names were not mentioned, while their slave women's names were. Thus, when the Christians said what they said about Maryam and her son, Allah explicitly mentioned her name and did not allude to her, conducting the discourse in accordance with the Arab custom of mentioning their slave women. Furthermore, since Jesus had no father, the repeated mention of Maryam, with him attributed to her, impresses upon hearts the necessity of believing in the negation of a father for him and the purity of the immaculate mother.
