What should a layperson do when there are multiple fatwas and opinions on a single issue, and they find contradictions between the answers provided?

Menstruation-related issues are complex and subject to much disagreement. How they are addressed, whether by mentioning the differing opinions, favoring one opinion, or relying on the opinion of the majority, depends on the questioner's situation. If a valid period of purity occurs during menstruation, it is considered purity, even if only for an hour, provided complete cleanliness is confirmed. One who has missed many prayers and then repents is not commanded to make them up, because a time-bound act of worship is not legislated to be made up if its time has intentionally passed, and because abandoning prayer is disbelief, and Islam nullifies what preceded it. However, making them up is more cautious according to the majority of scholars. Not every fatwa is suitable for everyone, as a fatwa considers the questioner's situation. Fatwa websites are a means for learning by mentioning disagreements and evidence, not merely for obtaining a ruling.
