What is the ruling on placing things or books on school books in which the name of Allah or "Bismillah Al-Rahman Al-Rahim" is written?

The first [point] is to preserve books in which the Basmala is written, and not to place keys or books that do not contain the remembrance of Allah upon them. However, this is not forbidden, nor is it considered a desecration merely by itself. If it is not forbidden to place a garment or a book on the Mus'haf, then books that only contain the Basmala are even more so [permissible to place things on].
