It is permissible to examine a worker and determine their suitability for a job, as well as to visit workplaces for evaluation. However, one must avoid visiting places that engage in prohibited activities, such as usurious banks, alcohol factories, and dance halls, because reporting them as suitable implies condoning the forbidden, knowing that working in them is impermissible, and those involved in them have been cursed. The awe of people should not prevent one from speaking the truth, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Verily, let not the awe of people prevent a man from speaking the truth if he knows it."
