What is the virtue of the Adhan and of being diligent in performing Fajr prayer for a man who calls the Adhan for Fajr and comes to the mosque an hour before Fajr to pray four rak'ahs with the intention of Qiyam?

The Adhan (call to prayer) is an act of worship with immense reward. It serves as an alert and an invitation for people to attend the prayer. Many prophetic traditions (Hadith) attest to its virtue, among them the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If people knew what is in the call to prayer and the first row, and they found no other way to obtain it except by drawing lots, they would draw lots for it." And his saying to Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: "So if you are with your sheep or in your wilderness, and you call the Adhan for prayer, raise your voice with the call, for no jinn, human, or anything will hear the extent of the Mu'adhdhin's voice except that it will bear witness for him on the Day of Resurrection." And the Mu'adhdhins will have the longest necks on the Day of Resurrection.

As for being diligent in maintaining the Fajr (dawn) prayer, especially in congregation, among the Hadith encouraging it is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever prays Isha (night) prayer in congregation, it is as if he stood in prayer for half the night. And whoever prays Fajr prayer in congregation, it is as if he prayed the entire night." And his saying: "Whoever prays the Fajr prayer is under the protection of Allah." And attending it is a sign of being safe from hypocrisy, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No prayer is heavier upon the hypocrites than Fajr and Isha."
