Is it obligatory to apply the hadd punishment for zina to a woman who was raped repeatedly anally while remaining a virgin, with her desiring the hadd to be applied but fearing scandal?

It is recommended for a person who has committed an abomination to repent to Allah and conceal their sin, not informing anyone. This is because Allah's mercy is vast, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded self-concealment in such cases. As for anal intercourse, it is consideredzina (fornication/adultery), and the prescribed punishment for zina applies to it: stoning for the محسن (married or previously married person who has engaged in lawful intercourse), and lashing and banishment for the غير المحصن (unmarried person).
