What is the ruling on using Qur'anic verses in a specific number and manner to fulfill needs, considering that they possess spiritual secrets, and is this method considered legitimate?

The aforementioned supplication contains ambiguous matters and impermissible intercession, such as interceding by the Prophet's prestige (peace be upon him). Furthermore, reading verses a specific number of times and believing in special secrets attributed to them has not been narrated from the early Muslims (Salaf). Therefore, this supplication is an innovation (bid'ah) that contravenes the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and the righteous predecessors. The established Sunnah is sufficient.
