Will God answer the supplication of the wronged person who supplicates with his tongue without conviction or heartfelt prayer, but wishes for the supplication to be answered?

The supplication of the oppressed is answered if the condition is met and the impediment is absent. Among the conditions for its acceptance is to supplicate with a present heart, certain of the answer, for the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Supplicate to Allah while you are certain of being answered, and know that Allah does not answer a supplication from a heedless, inattentive heart." So, if the oppressed person supplicates from his heart, desiring the fulfillment of his supplication, that is an indication of his will and certainty of the answer.
