Is it incumbent upon me to enjoin good and forbid evil for someone I see for the first time and do not know?

Enjoining good and forbidding evil is an obligation upon Muslims, in compliance with the command of Allah and His Messenger. It is among the causes of success, and abandoning this duty weakens faith. It must be carried out with wisdom and good admonition, whether the person involved is an acquaintance or not.
