Is it permissible to subscribe to the shares of SABIC Global (Kayan) Company?

The activity of Kayyan Company is permissible, but it has signed a financing agreement with usurious loans from banks, which makes subscribing to it impermissible. This is due to its violation of the adopted ruling which prohibits contributing to companies that deal with haram, whether by borrowing or lending. Dr. Muhammad Al-Osaimi has issued a fatwa prohibiting subscription to it, because the prospectus disclosed the company's intention to borrow with usury, and this does not permit a Muslim to be a partner in this contract.
