Is it necessary to delay the Sunnah prayer that precedes the obligatory prayer and perform it after the obligatory prayer when the prayer is established immediately after the Adhan and successive congregations are available?

The first congregational prayer is better than the second due to missing the virtue of performing it at the beginning of its prescribed time. The pre-prayer voluntary (Sunnah (definition)) prayers should then be performed after the obligatory prayer. This is considered performance (adaa') and not making up (qadaa') according to some scholars. The time for the voluntary prayers that precede the obligatory ones begins with the entry of the time for the obligatory prayers, and their time remains as long as the time for the obligatory prayer has not expired.
