It is not permissible for a human to marry a female Jinn. What was mentioned about your father does not take him out of Islam, and therefore your mother is not required to leave him. However, if he is unjust towards her, she has the right to seek a divorce. It is preferable to strive to reform him. It is obligatory for children to honor their father and to associate with him in a good manner, no matter what his condition.
