The answer

If it is established that a certain job is forbidden, it is not permissible to remain in it except in cases of dire necessity that prevent one from providing for their basic needs. This varies according to the degree of a person's necessity. As for remaining in a forbidden job and neglecting to search for an alternative, under the pretext that jobs free from dubious elements are scarce, this is not permissible. This is because the scarcity of permissible jobs does not justify ceasing the search for them. If one is compelled to work with a dubious element present, they should choose the one with the least sin. The intention to give charity to dispose of ill-gotten wealth does not permit continuing in a forbidden job.
