Is it permissible for a woman to perform Ruqyah on another woman? And does the Jinn speak with the patient's voice and consciousness? And is the Jinn truthful in what it says? And what is the effective treatment for the magic of "tying" (sihr ar-rabt) and the disbelieving Jinn?

It is permissible for a woman to perform Ruqyah on another woman. This is supported by the Hadith in Muslim: "Whoever among you can benefit his brother, let him do so." And the Hadith of Aisha in Sahih Ibn Hibban states that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entered upon her while a woman was treating her, and he said: "Treat her with the Book of Allah."

As for the jinn speaking through the tongue of the afflicted person, this is a common occurrence. However, devils are liars, as stated in the Hadith of Abu Hurairah in Bukhari, when the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, entrusted him with guarding the Zakat of Ramadan, and a comer came to steal from the food. Abu Hurairah said to him: "When you go to your bed, recite Ayat al-Kursi from its beginning until the end of the verse: 'Allah! There is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence.'" Ibn Hajar mentioned that jinn steal and deceive.

The treatment involves diligently engaging in supplication and legal Ruqyah.
