What is the ruling on repeating the Dhuhr and Asr prayers if one discovers seminal emission (ihtilam) after performing them, and what should someone who experienced ihtilam do if they are at work and cannot perform ghusl?

If you see semen on your clothes and do not recall having a wet dream, you must perform ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) and repeat the prayers from the last time you slept. If ghusl was performed before you became aware of the state of ritual impurity (janabah (definition)), it does not remove the impurity due to the absence of intention. If you become ritually impure (junub) at work, you are obliged to perform ghusl when the time for prayer arrives. If you are unable to return home before the prayer time expires, you must perform tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) and pray.
