The answer

The "The Hour will not be established until the House is not (no longer) حج (pilgrimed to)" was narrated by Al-Bukhari as a mu'allaq (suspended) narration, and by Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim as a musnad (connected) narration. However, Al-Bukhari preferred the narration "People will certainly perform Hajj and after the emergence of Gog and Magog" due to the multiplicity of its narrators. Some verifyers are of the opinion that there is no contradiction between the two narrations, as the first refers to the continuation of Hajj after Gog and Magog during the time of Isa (Jesus), peace be upon him, while the other refers to its cessation after the souls of the believers are taken and before the Hour is established upon the worst of creation.
