Is it permissible to pray in clothes taken without the owner's knowledge, and are such clothes considered among the "unlawfully acquired garments" mentioned in the Prophetic Hadith?

If the brother consents to his garment being taken and prayed in, then there is no sin, and the prayer is valid. However, if he does not consent, then it is impermissible, and the garment is considered unlawful, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." The prayer performed with this garment is valid according to the majority of scholars, contrary to the Hanbalis.
