Is it obligatory to fulfill a vow to slaughter a ram after receiving one's salary, while also being in debt?

The statement "I will slaughter a ram" is not an explicit vow (nadhr), but rather a metaphor whose meaning refers back to the intention of the speaker. If the sister did not intend it as a vow, then nothing is incumbent upon her. However, if she did intend it as such, then it is a conditional vow that must be fulfilled upon the fulfillment of the condition. In the case of intending it as a vow, she must slaughter the ram in the manner she intended. However, if she has a pre-existing debt, that debt takes precedence over fulfilling the vow, unless she intended to purchase the ram from the salary of a specific month. It is disliked to make a conditional vow, as it does not alter Allah's decree, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, a vow brings forth no good; it is only a means by which something is extracted from a miser."
