Is the clear white fluid that exited after urination manī or wadī? And are the crumbly pieces that came out like cheese after wuḍūʾ manī due to a wet dream? And am I required to perform ghusl? And is it necessary to wash the private parts and the anus in a sufficient ghusl? And is washing the head and body parts, rinsing the mouth, and sniffing water after istinjāʾ and washing the private parts and the anus considered valid and sufficient?

The discharge that does not possess the known characteristics of a woman's maniyy (seminal fluid) may be wady (a thick white discharge that comes out after urination), which necessitates istinja (definition)' (washing the private parts), or it may be rutubat (vaginal discharge) that only requires wudu' (ablution). In case of doubt, you may choose [between them]. If you perform istinja' for it, ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is not obligatory upon you.

As for the obligatory ghusl for women, it requires water to cover the entire body, including the inner part of the buttocks and what appears of the vulva when relieving oneself, because intention is a condition for the validity of ghusl. Water must reach every place that is considered apparent, such as the folds of the body, the inside of the navel, the inner part of the ears, between the buttocks, and the red part of the lips. "And he should make water cover his entire body with ghusl, even his mouth and nose... and even the outer and inner parts of his hair... and even the glans of the uncircumcised... and even what is beneath a ring... and even what appears of her vulva when she sits down to relieve herself."
