What is the ruling of Islamic law and civil law regarding a man who promised his wife a divorce after three years if they did not have children, but he did not fulfill his promise after eight years, and then he published private photos of her on the Internet; and is she entitled to seek a divorce from him?

A wife has the right to annul the marriage if it becomes clear to her that her husband is infertile, unless she was aware of the situation before marriage and consented to it, or waived her right to annulment. If the wife is still married to him and he has not divorced her, she has the right to seek divorce or khul' if she is harmed by remaining with him. As for the wife who photographed herself naked and sent the picture to her husband, she must repent and seek forgiveness. If the husband publishes the picture, he has committed a great sin, and the wife must seek divorce unless he repents and regrets his action.
