Is it permissible to use or give away food and utensils belonging to a person who has escaped a judicial ruling issued against him in a drug case?

If it is known that a person's entire wealth comes from unlawful (haram) sources, then it is forbidden to deal with them, whether by eating their food or accepting their gifts. The same applies if what they give is from the very essence of haram. If the utensils and food items were purchased with unlawful money, it is forbidden to benefit from them, and they must be given as charity to the poor and needy. It is permissible to give them to family members if they are poor. However, if they were purchased with lawful (mubah) money, then they are permissible for you, and their previous dealings with haram do not harm. Nevertheless, it is preferable to abstain from them and to give them to the poor and needy.
