What is the ruling on taking out a usurious loan for the purpose of marriage and work, knowing that the borrower is a young man who fears falling into sin, has no other source of livelihood than his work in a factory detrimental to health, and does not have sufficient money to start a private business?

You have spoken a truth, for piety brings lawful sustenance, as Allah Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." You must rely on Allah and strive with sincerity and diligence. And you must avoid usury due to its danger and curse, unless you are forced to work in a usurious bank temporarily to avoid fornication, while diligently searching for another lawful job.
