Is it permissible to market digital products (software and e-books) through a foreign website and earn a commission exceeding 50%, knowing that the website displays content that violates Sharia (loans and alcohol)? And is it permissible to deal with it only in what is permissible? And is it permissible to advertise these products through Google, knowing that images of women and the like appear on the same search page without my control?

This transaction falls under the category of brokerage (simsarah), which is mediating between contracting parties to facilitate an agreement in exchange for a sum of money. Jurists consider brokerage permissible as a form of ju'alah (commensurate wage for services), as was practiced by Ibn Sirin, Ata, Ibrahim, and Al-Hasan. There is no harm in advertising permissible programs and goods and dealing with websites that do so, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, dealt with the Jews in permissible matters, even though they practiced usury.
