Does divorce occur if an obsessive person utters a divorce suspended upon committing an act of disobedience?

If you utter a divorce due to obsessive whisperings (waswasah) and are not aware of what you are saying, then your divorce is not effective, whether it is an immediate divorce or a conditional one, and whether the condition is related to an act of disobedience or otherwise.
