Is seeing the Istikhara supplication (Du'a) in a dream a sign?

A dream after performing the prayer can be a sign to proceed with or refrain from the matter, or it might not be; rather, the expansion or contraction of one's chest (feeling of ease or unease) is the indicator. Imam An-Nawawi said: "If one performs Istikhara, he proceeds with what his chest feels at ease with."
