What is the ruling on the prayer of one who has continuous, incurable urinary incontinence?

If you suffer from سلس ( سلس البول والغائط - chronic discharge of urine or feces), perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and tie a cloth tightly over the affected area to prevent the spread of impurity. Pray as many supererogatory prayers as you wish with that ablution. Your ablution will not be invalidated except by the expiry of the prayer time or by another impurity. However, if you do not suffer from سلس, then purify yourself and pray within the time.
