ما هو حكم قتل عجوز بمجرد رفع الصوت عليه؟

Unjustly taking a life is one of the gravest sins. Allah has threatened the intentional killer with Hellfire and eternal damnation, whether the killing was by threat or by voice. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever points a piece of iron at his brother, the angels curse him until he stops," and "It is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten his brother."

If death occurs by screaming, and it was intentional, then it is akin to intentional killing and incurs a severe blood money (diyah mughallazhah). If it was unintentional, then it is accidental killing, and it incurs blood money and repentance to Allah.
