Must I make up for the days that I doubted were obligatory to make up for as a result of Satan's whispers during Ramadan, knowing that the days I had to make up for due to menstruation were only two days? And does the intention to make up for a day during fasting invalidate the fast itself?

The mere emission of manī (sperm/seminal fluid) does not invalidate the fast according to the majority of scholars. The Maliki school has a detailed explanation regarding this. However, ritual bathing (ghusl) becomes obligatory if the emission of manī is confirmed with its characteristic properties. If you are unsure whether it is manī or something else (like madhī (pre-seminal fluid) or vaginal discharge), or if the doubt stems from waswasah (obsessive whispering), then ghusl is not obligatory. You are only required to make up the two days of fasting that you missed due to menstruation. It is necessary to disregard waswasah and seek refuge in Allah from it, and to recite the two Mu'awwidhatayn (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas), as succumbing to them increases waswasah. The presence of discharge does not necessarily mean it is manī; if it does not possess the characteristics of manī (mentioned in the attached fatwas), then ghusl is not required. You are only obliged to wash it off and wash any clothes it has soiled, whether it be madhī or impure vaginal moisture. The intention to make up missed fasts does not invalidate a valid ongoing fast.
