What are the morning and evening supplications, and the pre-dawn meal (suhoor) and breaking-of-fast (iftar) supplications in the blessed month of Ramadan?

The Sharia texts emphasize the importance of consistently reciting morning and evening adhkar (remembrances), which include Quranic verses and Prophetic hadiths. These adhkar include the Master of Seeking Forgiveness (Sayyid al-Istighfar), "O Allah, I have reached the morning (or evening) and I call You to witness...", "Allah is sufficient for me; there is no god but He...", "O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being...", "In the name of Allah with whose name nothing can cause harm...", "I am pleased with Allah as my Lord...", and sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) ten times, and "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner..." one hundred times in the morning, and "Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him" one hundred times, and "O Allah, grant me well-being in my body...", and the Verse of the Throne (Ayat al-Kursi). As for the adhkar for breaking the fast, they include: "The thirst has gone, the veins are moistened...", "O Allah, I ask You by Your mercy...", and "O Allah, for You I have fasted, and with Your provision I have broken my fast." There is no specific du'a (supplication) for suhoor (the pre-dawn meal).
