Is it permissible to mediate the sale of a building that contains a restaurant serving alcohol?

It is not permissible to mediate in the sale of a building that includes a restaurant selling alcohol, because this falls under cooperating in sin and aggression. This is unless the buyer eliminates the restaurant or stipulates that alcohol will not be sold. Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is obligatory, based on the Almighty's saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression) [Al-Ma'idah: part of verse 2], and His saying: (You are the best nation produced for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong) [Al Imran: 110].
